Event Description: ***Sadly not being held in 2027 maybe returning in 2026***This years Festival is being held to celebrate the airports 80th Anniversary (The airport opened for business on 25th June 1938) and therefore a number of special events are being planned throughout the weekend at the Runway Visitor Park. In addition, our varied Aviation and Transport Festival attractions will be in full swing:-
Free access to the Concorde hangar including the Transport Memorabilia & Craft Fair.
An opportunity to see and photograph the world's largest airliner, the Airbus A380 (3 flights daily), and as well as over 500 aircraft visiting the airport over one of the busiest weekends in the year.

The event is loosely based on the old Chatsworth Rallyshow, meaning the crowds can be up close and personal with the cars and drivers all day long.

Event Description: ***No confirmed 2027 information yet*** Iden Fete is a typical village show, with a boot fair. It has stalls, burgers, drinks and cakes to eat whilst watching events in the arena. This is the third year that the fete has been showing cars, but the actual fete has been running for years and is well attended.. All funds raised go to local good causes.
Event Description: Hagerty is delighted that The Festival will return to Grimsthorpe Castle in Lincolnshire this year, with the Concours de l’Ordinaire once again taking place in front of the house itself and other unexceptional vehicles lined up in their hundreds on the Castle’s lawns. This year’s event will welcome TV ‘Wheeler Dealer’ Mike Brewer as a special guest, who will be around all day to meet fans and appreciate the unexceptional motors with the rest of us. Several familiar faces will return for this year’s Concours judging panel too, with motoring journalist Steve Cropley joining the judges for the first time.

Event Description: Once again we're attempting to improve on past glories such as the truly unique moment when Honor Blackman (Pussy Galore) was reunited with her 'Goldfinger' helicopter after fifty years, a unique piece of history of which all other Airshows are jealous. Honor is not the only Hollywood star to have visited the Airshow; every year the most famous Spitfire of all, MH434, steals the show.
Event Description: After a very successful first year, we're delighted to announce that the Great British Land Rover Show will be back for its fourth run at a brand new venue in the form of Bath & West Showground. Once again , the show is set to be bigger, better and more laden with Landys than ever before!
Event Description: East Lancashire Railway Transport Gathering will be taking another trip down memory lane so join us for a day of glamour and vintage style with a vehicular twist.
Event Description: MGs and classic friends.This year as with so many before we are starting from from Macknades Fine Foods in Faversham. They have a large car park for us to gather and they kindly open their cafe early so we can enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of cake. This year our Invicta run finishes at The Kent Battle of Britain Museum in Hawkinge. .
Our run this year is limited so get your entry in early to avoid disappointment.
Our route will be in ‘Tulip’ form but don’t worry if you’re a novice we promise to put on plenty of landmarks to help you keep on route and there will be help on hand at the start if you need it. Last year we had several ‘Tulip Virgins” nobody got lost and everybody made it to the finish without too many hitches.
