Great Yorkshire Traction Rally

  • Event Description: The Great Yorkshire Traction Engine Club, Duncombe Park Steam Rallywill be commemorating 100 years since the end of the great war and will once again be held in the magnificent suroundings of Duncombe Park, Helmsley. The event attracts 40+ full size steamers, 40+ miniatures, more than 60 Commercials, 120+ Tractors & stationary engines & 170 Vintage Cars & motorcycles. Several organs, models, working area, crafts, trade stands, refreshments, licensed bar with evening entertainment, Can-Can dancers & fair ground are also amongst the attractions. ?We also have ample Caravan & camping spaces available.

Leighton Hall Classic Car Rally Lancashire

  • Event Description: Mark Woodward’s midsummer classic car & bike show travels to the scenic Carnforth to showcase even more classics at this year’s Leighton Hall show. This July will be a terrific opportunity to see over 500 classic vehicles at one of the most comprehensive and diverse shows in the summer classic car calendar. Grade II* listed Leighton Hall is 5 miles north of Lancaster and easily accessed from the M6. Home to the Gillow family of furniture makers, it boasts unrivalled collections of exquisite furniture and artefacts. Take the opportunity to photograph classic cars in the historic parkland against the backdrop of the dramatic Lakeland fells, and explore the grounds and gardens. Plenty of club stands and over 500 classic vehicles will be on show including cars, motorcycles, vans, trucks, 4x4s, military vehicles and commercials. Highlights of the show include full arena displays and commentary throughout the day, plus trade stands and the ever-popular auto-jumble for the chance to pick up that elusive spare part, or classic insignia. Show admission includes admission to the nineteenth-century walled garden, woodland walks, and over 1500 acres of parkland, plus tea room. With house tours also available (at a small extra charge), there’s plenty to fill a summer’s day for all the family.

VBOA National Rally at Sywell aerodrome

  • Event Description: Come and join the largest gathering of Vauxhall, Bedford, Opel and other GM branded products in the UK. Show your car with an affiliated clubs or just come to appreciate some rare cars. There is a full programme of arena entertainment, Motorsport taster session (Saturday only), and static displays from 30+ clubs covering models from 1903 all the way through to current production. Children’s rides and activities including a great climbing wall will be available for an additional charge of £5 per day for unlimited rides / climbs. There will also be food stalls and trade stalls. Camping is available on site and a live music will be playing for those staying on Friday and Saturday nights.

Kent County Show

  • Event Description: Organised by the charity, the Kent County Agricultural Society, the 2020 Show has something for the whole family. Open from 8am to 6pm every day, the Show is a wonderful day out with plenty of displays, entertainment and local food. With over 400 exhibitors and trade stands and over 300 competitions, activities and displays. The Kent County Show is a showcase event for farming, countryside and rural life. The three day event brings together the very best of Kent with animals and food, fun and excitement and above all a sense of what ’The Garden of England’ has to offer. Visitors will experience a hands on Show with better access to the cattle marquee, shire stables on site, flower and woodland craft workshops, cookery demonstrations, more live music and the Food and Farming education area.

HERO Summer Trial

  • Event Description: Following two successful years in the Peak District, the Summer Trial moves to a fresh new location for 2020. Our new base in Telford gives us excellent access to the wide variety of roads and scenery that Mid and North Wales has to offer. The format of the Summer Trial is designed to minimise the impact on work or other real-life commitments. The event is aimed at those new to rallying, it can also be used as a great way to shake down your car for longer events or as a straightforward no-nonsense introduction to the sport for your partner or other family members. A prologue takes place on Friday afternoon, this is very straightforward and is designed to ease you into the event. Saturday ups the ante with a full day’s classic motorsport which aims to return to our base at a reasonable time to allow refreshment and sustenance without burning the midnight oil. Sunday’s activities are scheduled to increase the intensity a little while remaining in the classification of a HERO ‘Green’ event. The action concludes early on Sunday afternoon with prize giving and a buffet lunch so you’ll have time to return at a reasonable hour in readiness for work on Monday.

Market Lavington Vintage Meet Wiltshire

Lancs Car Club 28th Coast to Coast Classic Tour

The event is a Touring Assembly with simple route instructions. As normal this year’s route will differ from last year but will once again call at The Inn at South Stainley for a lunch halt where last years buffet proved most acceptable. There will be a simple Concours judge by the Mayor of Scarborough together with a buffet at Dunsley Hall.

MGOC Viking run open to all classics Lincs
