Chearsley Classic & Vintage Fun Day Bucks

- Event Description: Now in its nineth year this event has grown substantially since its creation with in excess of 300 vehicles taking part in last year's event. Once again we are expecting a fly past by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight during the afternoon but there will also be live music, a fun fair, food stalls, bar and of course some fantastic motorbikes, cars, commercial and farm vehicles. We’re expecting around 500 vehicles to attend and, in addition, there’ll be an opportunity to visit a wide range of arts & craft stalls and trade stands. There’ll be entertainment for children, live music and a wide range of foods and drinks available. Entry is free again this year and funds raised during the event will be invested in the development of Chearsley Cricket Club and again a number of charitable donations will be made.

Vintage Classic Vehicle Rally Devon

There will be over 100 classic, vintage & steam vehicles visiting the park for the day as well as Southern Troopers, the famous south west costume group, who will bring with them a Darth Vader, Chewbacca, Boba Fett and loads more Star Wars characters!All this plus the resident Hall of Transport featuring vehicles that have appeared in Downton Abbey, Mr Selfridge & Parade's End as well as the Reg Imray Motorcyc le Collection and Steam Shed packed full of vintage tractors & steam engines make this a vehicle-lovers' dream day out! Not forgetting the children's indoor & outdoor play areas, the Deer Train Safari and all our regular daily activities - goat walking, animal bottle feeding, small animal handling and the Hawkridge Birds of Prey Flying Display - this really is a memory making day out for the whole family - see you there!

Cotswold Festival of Motoring

- Event Description: A biennial show, the fourth Cotswold Festival of Motoring (CFOM) organised by North Cotswold Rotary and Rotary is sponsored by Brio Retriement Living and will take place in Bourton on the Water. The festival is a fun and entertaining day for all the family. It combines motoring themed displays with family friendly stalls and activities. The array of pre-registered vehicles at previous Festivals has been superb from a vintage Rolls Royce to the latest McLaren. We’re also fortunate to be supported by Motion Picture Motors and their collection of TV and Film cars. We aim for an eclectic mix and the show was a sell out in 2021. The Festival raised £10,000 for charity at its last event and had over 2000 visitors; many of whom enjoyed both the CFOM and picturesque Bourton-on-the-Water too. So come along and enjoy a family friendly day featuring great food and drinks, entertainment for the family, live music and of course some superb vehicles.

Castle Semple car show Scotland

- Event Description: ***NoT BEING HELD IN 2025 MAYBE BACK IN 2026***Classics at Castle Semple Car show will return to the shores of Castle Semple Loch for an 8th year on IN October 2024 11am-3pm. We’re looking for owners to get in touch and help us put on another fantastic show for its 10th Anniversary. Jane Fawcett the Event Organiser and Visitor Centre Assistant at Castle Semple said: “It’s the location at Castle Semple Loch in Lochwinnoch which makes this car show even more special. It’s simply stunning. The cars are packed in, on display in the car park. So dry feet, clean cars and happy visitors and owners. So many grinning faces to be seen as they ogle the cars – remembering their first car, that time it broke down or a first kiss in it!” Once again, Jane will be supporting her local hospice, St Vincents in Howwood. Last time the show raised over £1150 from entrants fees and stalls provided by Laura McDade and the all-important volunteers from the hospice.
