Saturday will see us taking to the roads for 55 to 120 mile circular tours on the quiet local roads via a couple of smaller Welsh towns. There are several short cuts available for the less ambitious (either Cars or Drivers!) but you will miss the best views.The annual Welsh Weekend is always a highlight of the year for the Light Car & Edwardian contingent of the Vintage Sports-Car Club, with two tours and a trial on the menu. We will be returning again to The Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod Wells for the 2025 Welsh Weekend. This is followed in the evening by the Section’s legendary Annual Dinner and Awards at The Metropole Hotel in the heart of atmospheric Llandrindod Wells. The Vintage Sports Car Club Clubis celebrating its 80th Anniversary in 2014. VSCC is primarily concerned with the preservation and competition of sport-cars built pre-1931 and selected Post Vintage Thoroughbred sports-cars (PVT’s) built prior to 1941. It is a large and growing Club, organising more than 30 competitive events every year from racing to rallying, hill climbs and trials. The Club currently has 7,500 members worldwide.
