Organisers George Shand and Dave Spence, with ideas from our friends at Club Triumph, are able to include little known roads and places of interest on this sortie south of the border. The finish venue is also something new, where the finishers meal and awards will be presented. If you like 'top of the world' events, this one is a must.
About Dales Moors and Forest Yorkshire+Lakes
***No confirmed 2025 dates yet*** Last year we took you up the lakeland passes. For 2020 Dave Spence has created a new venture, once again heading over the border. Starting in Gretna we travel deeper into the 'All Creatures' Yorkshire Dales, North Yorks moors, and east to the Cleveland Hills, before reaching our overnight around Harrogate. Our second day will take us west through the Dales to the 'fell' country, and the Forest of Bowland. Turning north through the Dales National Park, we head to the finish in Cumbria.Location: Gretna start
