The event will follow the normal format for a HERO Challenge with scrutineering on the Friday afternoon and evening. Saturday morning will see competitors departing for a full day’s competition in and around the Peak before heading back for the finish and prize giving. Following a short test and a final regularity in the tricky lanes that surround the Haldon Forest complex, proceedings conclude with two tests in quick succession before the finish arch awaits.

The popular HERO Challenge series returns for 2025 with the first round being based in the Peak District using the Casa Hotel in Chesterfield as the starting point and with the assistance and help of Steve Perez we will have a good selection of tests plus the Peak district roads on a weekend before it gets too busy in the season.Location: Casa Hotel in Chesterfield
