Event Information For ' Perthshire Classic car Festival Scotland'

Car Information: Asemble at Blairgowrie Golf Club at 9am where coffee and bacon rolls will be available (£5). After a briefing at 9.30am cars will be waved off through Blairgowrie and up Glenshee to Braemar, then on towards Banchory on the beautiful B976 with an optional loop over Geallaig Hill rejoining the main route at our lunch stop at the imposing Raemoir House (£8.50 a head) From Banchory the route takes the B974 over the Angus hills to Cairn O’Mount and Fettercairn. Brechin comes next, then Forfar and Kirriemuir before returning to Blairgowrie, and finally supper (at £15 a head), prizegiving, raffle and auction at Scone Palace. Entrants to the Blairgowrie Classic Car Tour are asked to donate a minimum of £50 to support this year’s chosen charities. Your support at the 2017 Drive It Day was amazing. Average donations per car were £126 with one entry producing no less than £2,060 and another £1,000.
Event Description: Drive it Day of 120 to 140 miles of quiet highland country roads with a lunch stop near Banchory and supper at Scone Palace as part of the Perthshire Classic car Festival.

Organiser Information: HRH Prince Michael of Kent has graciously agreed to attend the Festival. He will welcome the Parade Cars in Perth, view the Parade and Display Cars at Scone Palace and drive on Drive it Day.
